cs 1.6 yükledim fakat sxe ile birlikte acinca bir hata aliyorum

merhaba arkadaslar cs 1.6 v23 patch yükledim fakat oyunu acinca asagidaki resimde belirtmiş oldugum hatayi aliyorum ve ardindan notepad da soyle bir yazi beliriyor ne yapmam gerek lütfen bana yardimci olun arkadaslar.....
